1. Who we are and what this covers
Dynasty Rewired is operated by EMOT LLC, based in Louisiana, United States. “We,” “us” and “our” mean EMOT LLC. Contact jtrosclair98@gmail.com.
This policy covers dynastyrewired.com, the development application at dev.dynastyrewired.com and our related services. Independent linked websites and platforms have their own policies.
The production website currently provides launch information and an optional email signup. Application practices below apply when you use the application, including its development environment. Joining the email list alone does not create an account, import game data or reserve tracking capacity.
2. Information you provide
- Launch updates: your email address, signup and consent times, and consent version. The signup table stores no IP address or game identity; hosting/security services process requests separately.
- Accounts: Google/Firebase authentication identifiers, your chosen site username, account timestamps and verified contact information for essential notices. Google handles Google sign-in; we do not ask for your Google password.
- Dynasty setup and access: display names, public/private choices, source-dynasty associations, ownership, follows, private-view requests/approvals, settings and setup/recovery status.
- Optional EA linking: the EA user ID, linked website account and verification timestamps returned by the friend-request verification flow. We do not ask for your EA password. Linked identity is separate from verified league membership.
- Optional Discord: connected Discord identity, authorization/connection information, selected server/channel, integration settings and delivery records needed to operate the connection.
- Support and content: information you email us or submit through an available league feature. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.
3. Imported game and technical information
An invited tracking account captures available source-dynasty identifiers, season/stage, schools, team control, in-game participant identifiers, schedules, scores, rosters, ratings, abilities, recruiting, statistics, coaches, awards and capture history. Imports can concern participants who do not have a Dynasty Rewired account.
We and our hosting/security providers process technical information such as IP address, request time/route, browser/device information, security signals and operational errors to deliver and protect the service. We also store sessions, local preferences and integration/capture delivery records. Support emails are processed by the email services used to send and receive them.
4. How we use information
- Provide sign-in, accounts, league tracking, saved history, access controls and requested integrations.
- Send requested launch/product updates and essential account, access, setup, recovery or service notices. Optional marketing consent is separate from essential notices.
- Diagnose capture and delivery problems, maintain backups/recovery, prevent abuse and protect accounts/infrastructure.
- Respond to support/privacy requests, correct information and meet legal obligations.
- Understand aggregate product usage through analytics only when you opt in where analytics is enabled.
5. League visibility and sharing
Public dynasty pages can be viewed without an account and their permitted game information may be copied or indexed by others. The submitting owner controls public/private visibility. Google contact information and restricted EA identities do not become public because a dynasty is public.
Private content requires authorization. A private access link starts a request; it does not automatically approve a viewer or prove game membership. Owners recognize requests by site username. Website EA names are restricted to the submitting owner and participants with the required verified EA identity and league membership; viewing approval alone does not grant that permission.
Discord is a separate audience. Enabled integrations deliver permitted alerts/content to the configured server/channel under its permissions. Private website settings do not recall Discord messages, and a Discord link does not grant website access. Review the destination before connecting.
Aggregate school/stock-player leaderboards are planned. The selected design allows eligible facts from public and private dynasties to contribute while excluding private dynasty names, links, opponents, game details, membership and EA names. Individual gamer attribution/claims are also planned; these features are not represented as live.
6. Providers and other disclosures
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, website storage/delivery and configured email delivery; Google/Firebase for sign-in; Google Analytics with consent; and Discord when connected. Some fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed for those requests. Application data also passes through our operated database, capture and backup infrastructure.
Providers process information needed for their functions under applicable terms and privacy practices. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Discord’s privacy policy.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights/safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections. We may also share at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Dynasty Rewired has no ads or paid checkout. Future payment or advertising integrations will receive updated disclosures before materially different practices are activated.
8. Retention and account deletion
We retain information while reasonably needed for the purposes above: providing the service, maintaining useful shared history, addressing security/support issues or meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, account/integration status and those purposes. We do not promise immediate erasure or one common schedule for every category.
Launch-list contact information is retained while you remain subscribed and the list serves its stated purpose. Request removal at jtrosclair98@gmail.com. Marketing emails, when sent, will include an opt-out method. Limited consent/suppression records may be retained to honor your choice or meet legal requirements.
Account deletion currently uses a contact-based request process. For a verified request, our policy is to remove account links and identifying associations while preserving shared results where they can be retained without identifying that person. This is not a blanket exception to deletion rights: identifiable source/game records and any required deletion or lawful retention receive separate review.
Deletion does not necessarily erase independent copies, previously delivered Discord messages or results that no longer identify you. Backup/recovery archives can contain earlier copies; we review their handling as part of the request and explain applicable retention limits or exceptions. Stopping tracking or removing the tracker does not itself request account/history deletion.
9. Choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to join the launch list, link EA, connect Discord, follow a public dynasty or request private access. Owners control visibility and approved viewers. Use available settings or contact us where a self-service control is unavailable.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict/object to certain processing, withdraw consent or appeal a denial. Rights can have legal limits and do not all apply in every jurisdiction.
Email jtrosclair98@gmail.com, describing the request and account/contact concerned. We may verify your identity or a representative’s authority using reasonably necessary information. Do not email passwords, tokens or unnecessary identity documents. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a denial/exception. You may contact the appropriate privacy regulator where available.
10. Security and processing location
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated protected-page access and restricted handling of credentials/operational records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
EMOT LLC operates from the United States. Information may be processed there and in locations used by providers. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the information and relevant law. This policy does not waive protections that apply to you.
11. Age eligibility
Accounts and launch-update signups are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit account/signup information from minors. Contact jtrosclair98@gmail.com if you believe a minor has provided it so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Imports may contain game-related identifiers for participants who did not sign up. If an imported record identifies you or a child, contact us to review its handling and applicable rights. The adult account rule does not eliminate obligations concerning children’s information.
12. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required, and any required consent will be obtained before a new use.
