1. Agreement and operator
Dynasty Rewired is operated by EMOT LLC, based in Louisiana, United States (“we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms govern our website, development application and related services. Contact jtrosclair98@gmail.com.
Review these Terms before creating an account, submitting a dynasty or using service functions. When you agree through account setup, or use a function after clear notice that the action signifies agreement, you enter into this agreement with EMOT LLC. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use those functions. Simply viewing this page does not create an account.
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. Terms agreement does not by itself opt you into marketing or analytics.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account, submit a dynasty or join the launch list. Do not misrepresent eligibility, identity or authority.
The initial application uses Google sign-in and a unique site username. Secure your Google account, provide accurate information and report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize. An account or website viewing permission does not establish verified EA identity, game membership or commissioner status.
3. Service scope and availability
An invited tracking account captures available data from supported College Football online dynasties for league pages/history. Optional Discord connections deliver configured updates.
Dynasty Rewired supports public and private dynasties subject to capacity, without subscription charges, paid checkout or a one-season trial. A launch signup does not create an app account, reserve capacity or guarantee a launch date.
Development and planned features, including global leaderboards and gamer records/claims, do not guarantee production availability. Future paid services require separately disclosed prices/terms and your affirmative purchase authorization. These Terms do not authorize a charge.
4. Submitting and managing a dynasty
Submit only a dynasty you participate in and are authorized to connect. Obtain necessary permission for the tracking account to join and for information/content you provide. Tell participants how available game data will be imported and shared, including visibility and Discord destinations.
The commissioner handles the invitation. Setup requires an available team and unlimited autopilot. The submitting website owner manages website privacy/access/integrations; that does not grant authority over others’ accounts or inherited commissioner powers.
We do not ask for your EA password in setup or optional linking. Do not send passwords, tokens or private credentials. You remain responsible for following applicable game/platform terms; this agreement does not grant EA or another platform’s permission.
5. Content and service permissions
You retain rights you have in submitted content. You grant EMOT LLC non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce and display it as reasonably needed to operate your selected features, preserve permitted shared history, deliver integrations and maintain the service, subject to access settings, our Privacy Policy and law.
You authorize only imported-game access/processing you are entitled to authorize. You do not transfer game assets, athlete likenesses or others’ rights to us. Do not submit infringing content, unauthorized confidential information or unlawful personal disclosures.
We may restrict/remove content to address rights complaints, legal obligations, privacy requests or violations. Contact us with enough information to identify the disputed record or concern.
6. Visibility and Discord
Public content can be viewed/copied by others. Private content requires authorization. Access-request links and viewing approval do not prove game membership or grant management rights. Owners control applicable grants and links.
Discord messages follow the selected server/channel audience. Website privacy does not control independent Discord permissions or recall delivered messages. Review destinations before connecting. Do not use announcements, logs or integrations to disclose sensitive information, harass people or evade privacy rights.
7. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect accounts, information and rights. Do not:
- Access private content, accounts, infrastructure or credentials without permission, or bypass controls.
- Impersonate people, misrepresent league authority, fabricate records or abuse verification.
- Harass, threaten, dox or publish unlawful/infringing content.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with capture/delivery, overload the service or evade security/capacity restrictions.
- Harvest personal information for unsolicited contact, or use automation that violates permissions or materially disrupts the service.
8. Captures and third-party services
Captured data reflects available source information at a particular time and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Pre-import weeks and interruption gaps may not be recoverable. We do not promise complete archives, uninterrupted tracking, guaranteed alerts or correction of the game’s data.
Removing the tracking account, changing access or losing connectivity can stop collection. We may change/discontinue features as sources and operations change, subject to applicable obligations.
Google, EA, Discord and independent providers have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We do not control their actions. An integration does not guarantee continuing third-party support or imply endorsement.
9. Ending use and account deletion
Stop using the service at any time. Request account deletion at jtrosclair98@gmail.com; we may verify account control. Self-service deletion is not currently available.
Our policy preserves shared results after removing account links and identifying associations where feasible and lawful. Identifiable source/game records and backups receive separate review; applicable deletion rights take precedence. Stopping collection does not automatically erase history. We may restrict access/tracking for violations, security risks, legal requirements or capacity/operating limits. Contact support to ask about or dispute a restriction. We will explain where feasible and appropriate; urgent security/legal action may occur first.
10. Intellectual property and independence
Our software, original site design and branding belong to EMOT LLC or are used with permission. Intended service use does not give you ownership of software or branding.
Game assets, school/conference names and marks, athlete names/likenesses and other third-party materials remain with their rights holders. Dynasty Rewired is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, the NCAA, any conference, school or athlete. These Terms do not grant third-party intellectual property licenses beyond permissions available under law or an independent agreement.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or other implied warranties. Do not rely on it as the sole copy of information you need to preserve.
To the extent permitted by law, EMOT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from use or inability to use the service, including interrupted capture or independent third-party failures. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or gross fault where applicable.
Some jurisdictions prohibit certain exclusions. Mandatory consumer protections, remedies and other non-waivable rights remain in effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
Louisiana law and applicable United States federal law govern, except where mandatory law provides non-waivable protections or requires a different result. You retain access to any forum available under mandatory law.
Contact jtrosclair98@gmail.com about disputes so we can try to resolve them. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive class-action participation. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes receive additional notice, and renewed agreement, where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or override accrued rights.
